  I have been coming to Topsail for 8 years now and this was my first time using Coastline Realty and I will be sure to use them in the future. They were very helpful and friendly and the property I stayed at was the cleanest that I have seen in all of my years of renting a home on the island. I can't wait to see you again next year!

  We have used Coastline Realty many times in the past to rent properties at Topsail Island. This was a great property (Ronny Bahama) that was at an attractive rental price. The staff were very helpful in assisting us in getting the right items we had rented for our property. The only downside was that our property wasn't available by 4 pm, but we shopped at the Food Lion next door while we waited and it wasn't long past 4 pm when we could pick up our keys. They have great properties in North Topsail Beach where we prefer to stay and this last property may be our favorite in over 20+ years of vacationing at Topsail.
